Thank you for registering for rollaerobics we look forward to seeing you as the session.


Please remeber you do need skates to participate in these sessions if you do not have skates we can work toward geting some to you as part of this pilot. You will also need space to be able to do a plank plus lateral floor space, the ability to skate is not imperative however these exercises will make it esier for you if you decide you woulld like to learn how to skate.
