This isn't your average workout. And it's definitely not for everyone.
We've taken HIIT and flipped it, a full-body, low-impact session that hits hard without hammering your joints. Expect to shape, sculpt and condition every major muscle group while keeping your whole body firing from start to finish.
No fluff. No filler. Just real work.
This session is designed to get you sweating, spike your heart rate and leave your legs genuinely questioning your life choices. Every exercise is bodyweight-based so no additional weights needed at entry or intermediate level. What we do use? Skates. Not because you need to be a skater, you absolutely don't, but because they work as resistance tools, mobility aids and activation triggers that take the session to another level.
Make no mistake though, low impact does not mean easy. This is a genuinely challenging workout, and we'd be doing you a disservice if we said otherwise. If you have any mobility issues or underlying health conditions, please check with your GP before joining us. And if you can't hold a plank yet, no shame, we've all been there, this one might not be your starting point right now.
Minimum kit required: exercise mat, water, and fruit and don't forget skates.
