Roll-Aerobics is a blend of Aerobics and Calisthenics on Skates (although some move can also be performed with skateboard) Our Roll-Aerobics program is dynamic, functional and challenging without the need to able to skate with sessions and exercises designed to target areas and muscle groups very effectively providing visible weight loss and body toning in a matter of weeks in most people all whilst simultaneously improving your strength, fitness and overall balance.


Although our session are challenging and high intensity they are very low impact and in most cases (early stage) there is no need to already have the ability to skate (a reasonable amount of balance is required). We offer sessions of varying intensity dependant  on ability, capability and requirements as everyone has different goals and whatever they are we are here to try and help you achieve it.


This pilot will run for 4 sessions consecutively, with the first Session Sunday 10th and all subsequent sessions on Thursday evenings @ 7:30

We are not currently asking for a contribution towards the class however donations per class to help us cover the time are more than welcome.
