Welcome to Roll-aerobics at the Rookery.


This is a new HIIT program guaranteed to provide a low impact, High intensity workout for your whole body.

Shape, Sculpt, Tone & Condition your body with this high burn session designed to target areas of the body while maintaining full body activation. This workout will unlock the sweat, increase your heart rate and make your knees tremble leaving you in no doubt that you are putting in That Work! All exercises are body weight based and do not require additional weights at entry and intermediate stages.


This activity does not require you to be a professional skater the skates serve as weights and mobility and activation aids although this in essence is a low impact activity, it is strenuous  and challenging so we do not recommend any one with mobility issues or underlying health conditions to participate as it is not for the faint hearted. There are a few minimum requirements in order to participate in this activity, if you are unable to do a plank this activity may not be for you now. Please make sure to bring an exercise mat, water and fruit.


Sessions take place on Saturdays @ Clapham Common Rookery

proposed for 11:30 - 12:00pm


You would have arrive 10 minutes before start time to put on skates etc.

Places are bookable on a monthly basis @ £40.00 per month. We can provide a number of skates to those that do not have.

(type of skate are not important but please note toe stoppers will need to be removed from quad skates and we can help if needed. These sessions are aimed toward young adults and adults)

Please register below as it is a new class that we piloted before the summer we will create a class list and communicate with you .
