Da Jam Sessions: Harrow

“With Support from the Young Harrow Foundation performing Arts Fund we are happy to present

“Da Jam Session : Harrow”

An amazing project for the Summer Term celebrating the meteoric rise of skating and jamming over the last few years so we thought it would be great if we were to teach a group of young people to Skate and Jam (dance while on skates) to produce a choreographed piece which will be filmed and edited resulting in a piece of video content to be proud of.

This is a project designed for Harrow school children. Sessions will be 2.5 hours long over 10 weeks and take place at Elmgrove Primary School on Monday's 3:30 - 6pm.

Join us for a thrilling journey where young people will learn the art of wheeled choreography. Starting with the basics of skating, participants will groove through choreographed dance moves on wheels, crafting a polished routine ready for the spotlight.

This immersive experience will help young people build skills and ignite artistic expression on wheels! From improving balance and coordination to fostering perseverance, this project is about laying the groundwork for a great performance.

Participants will master timing, rhythm, and interpretation, all while reducing anxiety and boosting confidence. Join us as we gear up for an unforgettable production, where wheels become our stage!

This project has 12- 15 places available and will take place on
Monday's 3:30-6:00pm
